I'm one of those gamers that picks and chooses games based on money/content/total gameplay hours. This pretty much covers all three since you can go back and pick the exact opposite of what you did in your first play through. You'll get to see some familiar faces, but the main cast is all original and really this nails down the comic really well. I dropped the show because it became too soap opera-y and luckily tell tale makes good games. It was in my top 10 of the year. It's also got the only child character that I don't hate and actually enjoy. There is no reason to not buy this game.

Product Description

Lollipop Chainsaw is the 'un-deadly' story of sweet and killer zombie-hunter Juliet Starling and her quest to uncover the root of a colossal zombie outbreak. With her wickedly awesome chainsaw in hand, Juliet slices, dices and splits her way through hordes of the undead, but soon realizes the horde is only the opening act to a festival of zombie rock lords determined to kill the chainsaw-wielding cheerleader. Lollipop Chainsaw is being developed by Grasshoper Manufacture, led by celebrated game developer Goichi Suda (aka SUDA 51) and featuring the musical compositions of the renowned Akira Yamaoka. In addition, Hollywood director and writer James Gunn (Super, Slither, Dawn of the Dead, Tromeo and Juliet) has brought his cult humor and edgy storytelling to Lollipop Chainsaw's script. Already hoping for a sequel ! June 13, 2012

Lollipop Chainsaw is a wonderfully fun and quirky game. It has a hack and slash, arcade type feel to it and has fun for casual gamers all the way to the most competitive. I played through my first time on Easy Mode which is essentially to see the story of the game or for those who want to buff up on their zombie hunting before hitting up a higher difficulty. There are leaderboards to compete and compare scores worldwide which gives this game a lot of high replay value. There are lots of cool unlockables such as MP3s to listen to ingame for your own soundtrack, and many different outfits to customize your Juliet. Part of the fun is buying different combos and abilities using the medals you collect to make your combat experience your own. I could see this as a great game to play with friends even though there is no multiplayer mode, it would be viable to hand off the controller to a buddy between stages to see who could get a higher score. The boss fights are the shining star of this game, each having their own theme based on a genre of music with unique and fun mechanics. I also enjoyed interactive parts of combat and the environment such as having to push a button at just the right time to dodge an obstacle or shake off a zombie. If I had to say one negative thing about the game since nothing is ever exactly perfect, I felt like the Chainsaw Blaster gun was a little bit clumsy to use but I also don't play first person shooters so felt that may have been what held me back there. There's hours and hours of entertainment in this one, don't hesitate to pick up a copy, I promise you'll be a fan of Juliet for life.

Microsoft Xbox 360 Review and Product Description

Microsoft Xbox 360 Review and Product Description

Little Review

• The good: Sleeker design; 17 percent smaller; much quieter operation; better cooling; touch-sensitive power and disc tray; 250GB hard drive; built-in Wi-Fi; five USB ports; dedicated Kinect port; onboard optical digital audio.
• The bad: The hard drive is still proprietary; controller on D-pad remains unchanged; cumbersome power block; renders existing faceplates useless; no cables for HD gaming out of the box.
• The bottom line: Though the new Xbox 360 certainly addresses most of the concerns we've had with the versions before it, we don't think it warrants a purchase if you already own an Xbox 360 in working order with an HDMI-out port and a hard drive.
